One of the biggest compliments for a wedding photographer is to be asked by another photographer to capture their wedding day. I first met David a couple of years ago and was delighted when he and Annie asked me to photograph their Wotton House Wedding. They are such a lovely couple and the wedding venue they chose is one of the nicest I have been to!
David and his groomsmen were actually ready early (which is unusual). I love the fact that they went with the classic black tie theme for the day. When I arrived with the girls, it was the usual chaos! Hairdryers going full blast and the music just about competing! Annie seemed incredibly relaxed. She had been super organised before the day which I am sure helped.
Their ceremony was in the Old Library which as you can see if a stunning room for the ceremony. Annie’s parents are Russian so there were a number of Russian influences such as one of the readings, bread and salt before the wedding breakfast and I am sure that its Vodka that David is drinking in the evening!
As you can see, we were so lucky with the early spring weather and amazing sun in the late afternoon. I hope you enjoy this preview of Annie and Davids Wotton House Wedding in Dorking. Feel free to leave a comment.
